For those of you familiar with the stunning music of Bon Iver, you would know that the title of this journal is one of his songs from his self-titled album. For those of you who are not familiar with Bon Iver, I would highly suggest you do so....now! Take your time, I'll wait for your return. I'm supposed to be writing an essay right now, but I got distracted looking through some pictures my friend Devon took with my camera. The pictures were of me frolicking in the autumn leaves and the colours were so vibrant. My friend is a good photographer, sometimes I think he should have my camera and not me. I'm joking of course, but maybe I'll convince him to get a good camera of his own. There is something I find intrinsically interesting about the fall season. It's a tad late, but I just saw the movie Almost Famous! This movie is fantastic, between the soundtrack and quotes, on a whole it is superb! Almost made me wish I was born during the time of Rock & Roll music...almost ;) I was surprised to hear "River" by Joni Mitchell, Craig Cardiff did a cover of the song and that's the only time I had ever heard that song. I much prefer Joni's version to the point where I downloaded it. Man, and Elton John songs in there as well; Tiny Dancer, Mona Lisas & Mad Hatters... Strange that even though it has taken me 11 years to see this movie from it's release in 2000, I've glimpsed the movie. I made a friend
